This free 15-minute consultation is to help you determine if our counselling services are the right fit for you. Our goal is to provide a safe and welcoming space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions. During this initial session, we will get to know you better and discuss how we can support you on your journey towards healing and growth. Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee, as that time has been set aside especially for you.
